A Persian New Year's Day Soup, yum




Karen at Markets of New York interviewed NY Chef Louisa Shafia, author of Lucid Food: Cooking for a Eco-Conscious Life. She shared a receipe for "Ash-e-reshteh", A persian dish that has my mouth watering. Best part is that one can gather all the produce ingredients at local Farmers Markets.
